The Compi-tens system makes simple the management and provision of training in a number of ways:
- E-learning can be simply loaded in to the system and deployed to as many staff as is required – in seconds
- Employee training logs are maintained by administrators and line managers, with full details of all training and staff management activity carried out
- Employees can be booked on courses and then automatically reminded of their attendance
- Training courses and assessments can be automatically linked so a course triggers an employee assessment to reinforce the training and assess knowledge transfer
- Full records are maintained including supporting material such as documents, videos, etc. where relevant
- Training ‘events’ (e.g. classroom training) can be managed
- Management information is maintained identifying critical efficiency information such as average e-learning course access time
