Assessment

Assessment is about assessing an employee’s understanding of the key skills related to their role and providing scenario based opportunities to see how they would apply them. 

Assessments are easily created by system users. We don’t impose pre-written assessments – you may write your own about the subjects that make your business special and that are most valuable to it: products, processes, compliance, HR policies, systems, customer service, sales skills, market knowledge and so on. Just write the questions and load them in via MS-Excel. It is that simple.

Additionally, assessments may be enriched by using case studies – such as pictures, call recordings or videos – to create a fully interactive scenario based assessment.

We also have a unique ability to overcome the traditional weaknesses of automated assessments – that employees can guess the correct answer.

Assessments are quick to create and quick to take. Much more so than training. And most importantly we are able to interpret their results to learn so much we did not know before: why one team performs better than another. What the level of corporate competence is in any given area – say product knowledge. What are the weaknesses in our training delivery? And that is just a start.
